  I've been going to this same IHOP for probably 15 years  and up until today the service has been friendly and prompt.  BUT Today was an exception!
  It was horrible we waited almost an hour to receive our food and then the order we received was the wrong food.
  The waitress was horrible we asked for sides of green chili to go with our omelette as we've done for years.
  She failed to mention until she brought the food they were out. Then said they stopped carrying green chili?
  had she had the brains to come tell us 45 minutes ago as we waited, perhaps we could of changed our order.
  Instead both omelettes were prepared wrong ingredients.
  Absolutely the worst service and experience ever for this particular restaurant!
  That waitress sucked!

  Omar was an amazing server. His service was 10/10. Food was great, and staff was pleasant as well. Will be returning!!

  the sevice was terrible and we had to wait forever for our order which was just 2 milkshakes. there was not a lot of people her though. the waitress would not give us our ticket and when I said something she was disrespectful

  Not bad - Had a cold-ish waffle and it tasted every bit as good as the ones I make in the toaster.
  It's called the WAFFLE house and it's in trouble. So learn to at least make exceptional Belgian style waffles.
  
  I would pay extra but if this is their best game - I'll just use the toaster.
